Leading Automation and Program Management for Artbot Studio within Critical Mass. Artbot focuses on Multi-Media Creative Design and design automation at scale for global performance marketing, in-market rapid prototyping and marketplace data analytics which helps guide our clients long term creative excellence in the digital market place. My role, focuses on standing up the studio, leading operational vision and strategy across teams, client portfolio, infrastructure and tooling with a focus on automation and AI integration.

As part of the inaugural Disney+ launch organization, I was part establishing and leading the Marketing & Creative Operations team within Global Content Operations. My role provided vision and leadership for content marketing, creative workflows, asset management, and content tracking for Disney+, across Product, Marketing, Programming and International teams for the global product pre-launch, launch and post launch of Disney+

  • • One of the founding team members of Disney+ for the Global Content Operations organization. Led the establishment and standup of the Creative & Marketing Operations team.

    • Led collaborated with Global Content Protection team to implement a military-grade encryption private internal network to protect all in-production and high-security content before internal and public release for Disney+.
